Guarantee Policy

At Martha Moo & Harry Too we pride ourselves on perfect quality and excellent customer service every time.

It will be your responsibility to ensure you are happy with the prints before you return them to us. If you are unsure or unhappy with the prints you have taken please let us know before sending back. We can post additional kits to you (at a small extra charge if required). Upon return if we are concerned for any reason about the suitability of the print and how it will transfer into the silver we will contact you prior to beginning the jewellery making process to discuss this.
Fine Silver is 99.9% pure silver. Please do take into consideration that it is less hard wearing than Sterling Silver as this contains other metals to strengthen it. Please read through our care instructions before purchasing. We recommend you take as much care as possible with your purchase to avoid losing any detail. Due to the nature of this piece we are unable to take responsibility for items that are damaged due to eventual wear and tear. Care instructions will be provided with your jewellery for you to follow and keep your piece in great condition.
Standard orders will be dispatched within 21 days of the prints being returned to Martha Moo & Harry Too. Usually they will be dispatched to you sooner but this is not guaranteed. If you require a fast track order please let us know by emailing hello@marthamooandharrytoo.co.uk there will be an additional cost for this service which will be provided to you at the time of the fast track request.
Cancellations are permitted before the prints are returned to Martha Moo & Harry Too under the following terms;
You must email hello@marthamooandharrytoo.co.uk to confirm you wish to cancel your order.
Print kits are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the print kit has not yet been dispatched a full refund less a small admin cost will be given. If the print kit has been dispatched Martha Moo & Harry Too will deduct six pounds plus a small admin cost from the refund balance to cover the cost of the print kit and postage. Should you wish to return the unused print kit at your own expense then a full refund less a small admin cost will be given upon receipt of this return.
When cancellations are not permitted
If you have returned your prints to Martha Moo & Harry Too and the jewellery making has commenced it is not possible to cancel your order at this time. Cancellations are not permitted once jewellery making has begun and no refund can be provided.
UK postage only.
Delivery charges are displayed at the time of order. A service charge applies on priority orders, if this service is requested you will be notified of the cost at the time of request. Orders from outside the UK are not possible.
Martha Moo & Harry Too are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in postal transit. Claims will need to be made direct to Royal mail. Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch of goods.
Returns
We cannot accept returns on items unless they are damaged or faulty. As all items are handmade and personalised we cannot accept returns on any other basis. If you need to return an item please contact by emailing hello@marthamooandharrytoo.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the item for details of how to return an item.
